Issue of Equity and PDMR Dealings
The Company announces that following the exercise of options by certain employees, including one PDMR, it has allotted an aggregate of 884,168 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in accordance with the terms of the Company's EMI share scheme option plans. 
Accordingly, an application has been made for the 884,168 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will occur at 08.00 on 30 August 2017 ("Admission"). Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 174,656,734 Ordinary Shares. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. Further detail on the exercise of options is set out below.
