PCA Dealings
The Company announces that the Bayford Group, a PCA to Jonathan Turner, Non-Executive Director, purchased 150,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a purchase price of 32.1 pence per share on 2 September 2020.  In addition, Bayford purchased 125,000 Ordinary Shares at a purchase price of 32 pence per Ordinary Share on 3 September 2020. Furthermore, Karen Turner, wife of Jonathan, purchased 46,456 Ordinary Shares at 32p per share on 2 September 2020. 
Following these purchases, the Bayford Group and its connected parties (controlled by Jonathan Turner) are beneficially interested in 30,998,981 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 13.96 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
