AIM Rule 17 Update
 
The Company announces that, in accordance with AIM Rule 17, Gas and Power Limited ("GAPL"), a small private company supplying gas and electricity services to domestic and commercial customers within the UK appointed administrators on 27 August 2021 as a result of the ongoing challenges within the UK energy market.
Jonathan Turner, Non-Executive Director of Fulcrum, had previously been a director of GAPL until 20 January 2021, seven months prior to the appointment of administrators.
