Issue of Equity and Director Dealings
The Company announces that following the exercise of options by certain employees and directors, it has allotted an aggregate of 6,273,667 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in accordance with the terms of the Company's share scheme option plans. Included within this figure are 1,473,000 new Ordinary Shares to be issued to Martin Donnachie, Chief Executive Officer, pursuant to an exercise of options under the Company's Growth Share Scheme, and 3,567,988 new Ordinary Shares to be issued pursuant to an exercise of options under the Company's Employee Status Scheme. Following this exercise, Martin has arranged for 4,304,488 new Ordinary Shares to be transferred to his wife. 
Accordingly, an application has been made for the 6,273,667 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will occur at 08.00 on 12 June 2017 ("Admission"). Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 173,772,566 Ordinary Shares. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. Further detail on the exercise of options is set out below.
