Fulcrum Utility Services Limited, a leading independent provider of essential
utility services including multi-utility connections and renewable energy
infrastructure, has noted the recent rise in the Company's share price and
confirms that it knows of no reason for this increase.

Further to the announcement of its interim results on 14 December 2022,
Fulcrum confirms that there has been no material change in its trading or
financial condition since then.
