** Shares of genetic testing company  FLGT.O  rise 3.9% to
$48.60 premarket
    ** Co extends partnership with New York City to provide
COVID-19 testing for schools through the remainder of the 2021
school year (https://refini.tv/3pwVlpl)
    ** New York City Dept. of Education and NYC Health +
Hospitals, as part of their COVID-19 testing initiative, will
use co's U.S. FDA EUA-approved RT-PCR test at many city schools
on a daily basis 
    ** Samples will be collected on-site results will be
delivered to patients within an average of 24 hours of sample
receipt - FLGT
    ** In Sept, FLGT had entered into agreement with New York
City to provide COVID-19 testing to students as they returned to
school
    ** Up to last close, stock up ~262% this year
