The S&P 500 edged higher in choppy trading on Friday after a three-day slide, as
data showing faster-than-expected monthly jobs growth reinforced bets on an
economic rebound driven by massive fiscal stimulus and vaccination drives.  .N 
    At 10:12 am ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI  was up 0.55% at
31,095.7. The S&P 500  .SPX  was down 0.08% at 3,765.64 and the Nasdaq Composite
 .IXIC  was down 0.41% at 12,671.776.
