                  Fuller, Smith and Turner P.L.C. ("Fuller's")

                 Repurchase and cancellation of Deferred Shares

   Fuller's announces  that is  has  purchased 552,318,406  Deferred  Shares,
   being all of the Deferred Shares  in issue, from Numis Securities  Limited
   ("Numis") for the  aggregate price  of one  penny in  accordance with  the
   terms of the Option Agreement as described in the circular to Shareholders
   dated 6  September  2019 (the  "Circular").  Following completion  of  the
   purchase, all  the  Deferred  Shares were  immediately  cancelled  by  the
   Company.
