The Company wishes to advise that Richard Fuller has transferred 29,751
‘B’ Ordinary 4p Shares in the Company at nil cost to his wife, Charlotte
Fuller.

Richard Fuller has also sold 21,782 ‘B’ shares at £1.009 per share and
Charlotte Fuller has sold 29,751 ‘B’ shares at £1.009 per share.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
