B Share Buyback - Share price confirmation

At the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting on Thursday 23 July 2015,
shareholders will be asked to approve a contract for the purchase by the
Company of 1,000,000 B ordinary shares from Mr Henry David Williams.  The
contract states that the consideration for the shares is 10% of the average
closing mid-market price of an A ordinary share in the capital of the Company
on 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 July 2015 as derived from the London Stock Exchange
Daily Official List.


The Company is now able to confirm that the purchase price will be £1.1488 per
share.
