Treasury Shares

The Company announces that on 30th July, 184,000 A ordinary shares of 40p each
were purchased for holding in Treasury at a gross price of £11.67 per share.

Following this transaction, the number of A ordinary shares of 40p in issue is
33,518,679 of which 1,178,914 (3.52%) are held in treasury.

The Company has also been notified that Computershare Trustees Limited, the
trustee of the Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C. Share Incentive Plan, purchased
46,000 A ordinary shares of £0.40 each at a price of £11.70 per share. Details
of this transaction are announced for information purposes because of the
potential interest of directors and PDMRs in any future allocation of shares
under the Rules of the Share Incentive Plan.
