Share Purchase by SIP Trustees
The Company has been notified that Computershare Trustees Limited, the trustee
of the Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C. Share Incentive Plan, purchased 80,000 A
ordinary shares of £0.40 each at a price of £10.80 per share. Details of this
transaction are announced for information purposes because of the potential
interest of directors and PDMRs in any future allocation of shares under the
Rules of the Share Incentive Plan.
