Treasury Shares - Correction to previous announcement
The Company wishes to rectify the information provided in its earlier
announcement. The 20,028 A ordinary shares of 40p each were purchased by the
Trustees of the Share Incentive Plan, not by the Company for holding in
Treasury.
Therefore, the number of A ordinary shares of 40p in issue is 33,518,679, of
which 1,150,444 (3.43%) are held in treasury.
