Treasury Shares

The Company announces that, following the transfer of 77,875 Treasury shares
from the Treasury Shares Account to participants exercising Share Options under
the Company's Save as You Earn Share Option Scheme, the issued share capital
for the `A' ordinary shares of £0.40 each is 33,516,660 of which 996,828
(2.97%) are Treasury shares.
