Treasury Shares
The Company announces that, following the transfer of 6,114 'A' ordinary shares
from its Treasury Shares Account to the Trustee of its Long-Term Incentive
Plan, the number of 'A' ordinary shares of £0.40 each in issue is 33,521,079 of
which 1,071,421 (3.20%) are treasury shares.
