The Company announces that 60,000 A ordinary shares of 40p each were purchased
today for holding in Treasury at a gross price of £10.90 per share.
Following this transaction, the number of A ordinary shares of 40p in issue is
33,537,179 of which 1,107,283 (3.30%) are held in treasury.
