Treasury Shares

The Company announces that on 7th April 2016, in line with an irrevocable
instruction provided to Numis Securities Limited in advance of the commencement
of its close period on 1 April 2016, 100,000 A ordinary shares of 40p each were
purchased for holding in Treasury at a gross price of £10.70 per share.
Following this transaction, the number of A ordinary shares of 40p in issue is
33,537,179 of which 1,232,285 (3.67%) are held in treasury.
