    ** Co reports a fall in Q1 profit, hurt by a lower income
from interests 
    ** Net interest income falls to $206.9 mln from $215.6 mln
in the year-ago period
    ** Net income falls to 36 cents/shr for the quarter ended
March 31, from 39 cents/shr last year 
    ** As of last close, FULT down ~12% YTD
