    ** Reports Q1 EPS of $0.38, missing Wall Street estimates of
$0.48
    ** Co reports provision for credit losses of $24.5 mln
compared with net benefit of $7 mln, a year earlier
    ** Also reports Q1 net provision of $215.6 mln compared with
$161.3 mln in Q1 2022
    ** Shares of FULT down 22.1% YTD
