    - T-Mobile US  TMUS.O  and Verizon Communications  VZ.N  are
in discussions to carve up U.S. Cellular, in separate
transactions that would give both buyers access to valuable
airwaves. 
    
    - Funko  FNKO.O  named former Hasbro executive Cynthia
Williams as its next chief executive, effective later this
month. 
    
    - The shareholders of Norfolk Southern  NSC.N  on Thursday
voted to keep Alan Shaw as CEO but replace three directors of
the company's 13-person board. 
    
    - Sam Ash Music has filed for bankruptcy, days after the
third-generation instruments retailer founded in 1924 said it
would close all 42 of its stores due partly to the shift to
online shopping.
    
    - The Senate on Thursday passed a civil aviation bill aimed
at making U.S. air travel smoother and preventing runway
