Fusion Antibodies plc (AIM: FAB), specialists in pre-clinical antibody discovery, engineering and supply for both therapeutic drug and diagnostic applications, was informed on 8 May 2026 that, following a purchase of shares on 5 May 2026, Simon Peace holds 4,121,744 ordinary shares of 4 pence each in the Company, representing approximately 3.30 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
