** Shares of Fusion Fuel Green PLC  HTOO.O  surge 16.5% at
$6.92 - hitting over two-month high, if gains hold
    ** HTOO and Electus Energy enter into a joint venture to
develop a large-scale green hydrogen project in Bakersfield,

    ** Proposed project is a roughly 75 mega-watt
solar-to-hydrogen facility using HTOO's technology
    ** The project will be capable of producing up to 9,300 tons
of green hydrogen per annum including nighttime operation - HTOO
    ** Co says project would require about 175 mln euros (~$180
mln) in capital investment, with final investment decision
expected in early 2024 and commissioning in H1 2025
    ** The companies have entered into a land-lease agreement to
secure 320 acres in Kern County, California
    ** Including session's gain, HTOO down 16% YTD
