March 19 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Tuesday:
    
    ** Thyssenkrupp  TKAG.DE  is evaluating a potential sale of
a stake in its Marine Systems unit which builds naval ships and
submarines to investment firm Carlyle  CG.O , the German
conglomerate said.

    ** Britain will decide  whether to launch a lengthy
investigation into a UAE-led takeover of the Telegraph
newspaper, a move that could allow a proposed new law to stop
the deal, Media Secretary Lucy Frazer said.

    ** Atos  ATOS.PA  said Airbus  AIR.PA  had called off
discussions about potentially buying the French software
company's BDS cybersecurity unit, sending its shares down by
almost a fifth.

    ** AstraZeneca  AZN.L  said  it will buy clinical-stage
biopharmaceutical company Fusion Pharmaceuticals Inc  FUSN.O 
for about $2 billion in cash as the Anglo-Swedish drugmaker bets
on next-generation cancer treatments.

    ** Australia's Boral  BLD.AX  recommended investors reject
its largest shareholder Seven Group Holdings'  SVW.AX  A$1.9
billion ($1.25 billion) offer for the company claiming it
undervalues the building products group.

    ** A consortium led by Metro Pacific Tollways Corp, the
biggest toll road group in the Philippines, is in advanced talks
to buy a minority stake in a unit of its Indonesian peer Jasa
Marga  JSMR.JK , in a deal that could fetch $750 million, two
sources with knowledge of the matter said.

    ** Brazilian computer hardware maker Positivo  POSI3.SA 
said on Monday that it had tied up the acquisition of IT
consultancy firm Algar TI Consultoria from its parent company
Algar for 235 million reais ($46.7 million), according to a
securities filing.

    **  Oilfield equipment makers Dril-Quip  DRQ.N  and Innovex
Downhole Solutions plan to merge in an all-stock deal, the
companies said in a joint statement on Monday, months after
Innovex filed to go public in the United States.

    ** Grocer Kroger  KR.N  said on Monday it had entered a
definitive agreement for the sale of its specialty pharmacy
