SIGNS AGREEMENT WITH FODBOLD CLUB KOBENHAVN FOR ACQUISITION OF SPORTING RIGHTS OF PLAYER VICTOR FROHOLDT FOR 20 MILLION EUROS

CONTRACT VALID FOR 5 SPORTING SEASONS, UNTIL JUNE 30, 2030, WITH TERMINATION CLAUSE OF €85 MILLION

AGREEMENT INCLUDES MAXIMUM VARIABLE REMUNERATION OF 2 MILLION EUROS DEPENDING ON FULFILMENT OF CERTAIN OBJECTIVES
