Futura Medical plc (AIM: FUM), the innovative healthcare company focused on advanced transdermal technology, announces that it has today received notification from James Barder, the Chief Executive of the Company, that he and his wife have gifted in aggregate 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company to a shareholding account jointly held by their children. 
Following the transfer, Mr. Barder's revised aggregate beneficial and non-beneficial holding is 958,830 ordinary shares, representing 0.97 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
