Futura Medical plc (AIM: FUM), the innovative healthcare company focused on advanced transdermal technology, announces that David Davies has decided to leave the Company to pursue new opportunities. Mr Davies' departure from the Company will take place during the first half of next year after the transition of his responsibilities to Futura's recently strengthened product development team. The effective date of his ceasing to be a Director of the Company will be confirmed in due course.
James Barder, Futura's Chief Executive, said: "David has been with Futura for a total of 13 years, during which time the Company has evolved considerably. I would like to thank David for his contribution to Futura and wish him well for the future."
