Futura Medical plc (AIM: FUM), the innovative healthcare company focused on advanced transdermal technology, announces that its notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), including Explanatory Notes and Form of Proxy, has today been posted to shareholders. The AGM will be held at 4.00pm on 21 June 2016 at the offices of Buchanan, 107 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DN.
Futura's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015 is available to shareholders as an electronic communication pursuant to the Companies Act 2006 and is available at the Company's website www.futuramedical.com, along with the Notice of AGM.
