Further to the Company's announcement of 23 December 2019 that it has conditionally raised £3.25 million in aggregate before fees and expenses through the successful Subscription and PrimaryBid Offer, Futura confirms that the Circular (containing a notice convening the General Meeting) is today being posted to Shareholders and will shortly be available for download on the Company's website: www.futuramedical.com.
The General Meeting has been convened for 17 January 2020 at 11 a.m. at the offices of Futura Medical plc, Surrey Technology Centre, 40 Occam Road, Guildford, Surrey GU2 7YG.
