Total Voting Rights

Futura Medical plc (AIM: FUM), a pharmaceutical company developing a portfolio of innovative products for sexual health and pain relief, for the purposes of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company's total issued share capital at the date of this announcement is 245,626,926 Ordinary Shares.

 

Since the Company currently holds no shares in treasury, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 245,626,926 and this figure may therefore be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
