5.6% to 44.9p
    ** Stock set to post best day since July 21, if trend holds
    ** Pharma company developing sexual health products says
European Patent Office grants patent for MED3000 providing
protection till 2040 in all European markets
    ** Co says continuing to prosecute patent applications for
wider protection in other key markets, including US
    ** Currently stock at session high, trimming YTD losses to
~14%
