Xi and Super Vision to establish first JV company 
    * Total issued share capital of first JV company shall be

    * Pursuant to first jv agreement, Future Bright (H.K.), 
Zhong Xi & Super Vision to contribute HK$5.1 million, HK$1.5 
million & HK$3.4 million
