April 5 (Reuters) - Future Bright Mining Holdings Ltd 
 2212.HK : 
    * Future Bright (H.K.) entered into joint venture agreement 
with Xiamen Huan Shuo 
    * Unit entered into joint venture agreement with Xiamen Huan 
Shuo in relation to establishment of jv company in Xiamen 
    * Establishment of jv company in Xiamen, Fujian province, 
prc with a registered capital of rmb23 million 
    * JV company will be owned as to 40% by Xiamen Huan Shuo and 
60% by Future Bright 
    * Xiamen Huan Shuo and Future Bright will contribute rmb9.2 
million and an amount in us$ or hk$ equivalent to rmb13.8 mln 
respectively
