May 13 (Reuters) - Viagold Capital Ltd  VIA.AX : 
 * Viagold Mining Group Limited and Smart Triumph Group Holdings Limited have 
   entered into a memorandum of understanding 
 * Says MOU is regarding a proposed cooperation to establish a mining equipment 
   cooperation company 
 * Registered capital of JV of hk$1 million; Party A will invest hk$700,000 and 
   Party B will invest hk$300,000 respectively
