ASX Trading Halt

 

Future Metals NL ("Future Metals" or the "Company", ASX|AIM: FME) announces
that its ordinary shares have been placed in a trading halt on the Australian
Securities Exchange ("ASX") pending the release of an announcement in relation
to a potential capital raising.

 

The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of an announcement to
the market regarding the above matter or the opening of trading on the ASX on
Friday, 15 December 2023. The Company's ordinary shares will continue to trade
as normal on AIM during this period.

 

This announcement has been approved for release by the Board of Future Metals
NL.
