Director's Dealing

 

Future Metals NL ("Future Metals" or the "Company", ASX | AIM: FME) announces
that Mr Jardee Kininmonth, CEO and Managing Director of the Company, has
subscribed for and been issued 188,605 new Ordinary Shares at a price of
A$0.125 per Ordinary Share pursuant to the Share Purchase Plan, made available
to shareholders and further details of which were announced on 17 August 2022
(the "SPP Subscription").

 

In accordance with the terms of the Share Purchase Plan, Mr Kininmonth shall
in due course be issued 62,868 free attaching options over Ordinary Shares,
with an exercise price A$0.10 per Ordinary Share and an expiry date of 11 June
2024 (the "Options"), subject to securing the requisite shareholder approval.

 

Following the SPP Subscription, Mr Kininmonth is now interested in 538,605
Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.13% of the Company's issued
share capital and 2,400,000 performance rights (with various vesting targets
and expiring on 31 January 2025) under the Company's Performance Rights Plan.

 

Further details are provided in the below PDMR Notification Form, made in
accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014 as it
forms part of domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act
2018, as amended.
