Grant of Director Performance Rights
Future Metals NL ("Future Metals" or the "Company", ASX | AIM: FME) announces
that it has granted 15,500,000 Performance Rights to Directors of the Company,
on the terms and conditions set out in the Explanatory Statement accompanying
the Notice of General Meeting dated 24 May 2024, which was approved by
shareholders on 25 June 2024.
Under the Company's Performance Rights Plan, the 15,500,000 Performance Rights
are exercisable for nil consideration up to and including 28 June 2027 and are
subject to the vesting criteria outlined in the table below:

(a) subject to the approval of Shareholders, the entry into a merger and
acquisition agreement; or
(b) the Company's decision to mine on the Panton PGM Project.
The volume weighted average price ("VWAP") of the Company's ordinary shares - 500,000 500,000 500,000
exceeding A$0.10 per share for at least 20 consecutive trading days on which
the Company's shares have actually traded.
The VWAP of the Company's ordinary shares exceeding A$0.15 per share for at - 500,000 500,000 500,000
least 20 consecutive trading days on which the Company's shares have actually
traded.
