Issue of Options

 

Future Metals NL ("Future Metals" or the "Company", ASX | AIM: FME) announces
that it has today issued 62,868 options ("Options") to Jardee Kininmonth
(Managing Director & CEO of the Company) on the terms and conditions set
out in Resolution 5 and the Explanatory Statement in respect of the Company's
2022 Annual General Meeting ("2022 AGM") held on 7 November 2022.

 

Pursuant to the Company's Share Purchase Plan ("SPP"), as announced on 17
August 2022, eligible shareholders who participated were entitled to receive
one free attaching option for every three new Ordinary Shares purchased under
the SPP. Further to the passing of Resolution 5 at the 2022 AGM, the Company
has now issued 62,868 Options to Mr Kininmonth, which have an exercise price
of A$0.10 and an expiry date of 11 June 2024.

 

Further details are provided in the below PDMR Notification Form, announced in
accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014 as it
forms part of United Kingdom domestic law by virtue of the European Union
(Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended.

 

This announcement has been approved for release by the Company Secretary of
Future Metals NL.
