Options to Commence Trading on ASX

Future Metals NL ("Future Metals" or the "Company", ASX|AIM: FME) is pleased
to confirm that, further to the Company's announcement on 7 June 2022, a new
class of quoted securities has been created to provide liquidity for an entire
class of previously unlisted Options. The majority of this new class of
securities were released from escrow on 11 June 2022. It is anticipated the
new class of securities will be quoted on the ASX on Thursday, 16 June 2022.

The details of the new class of securities are:
