Publication of Prospectus re Share Purchase Plan Offer

Not for release to US wire services or distribution in the United States

Future Metals NL ("Future Metals" or the "Company", ASX | AIM: FME), is
pleased to announce, further to its announcement of 17 August 2022, that the
prospectus ("Prospectus") in respect of the Share Purchase Plan ("SPP") offer,
which is being made on the same terms as the A$5m Placement to raise up to an
additional A$0.5m (before expenses), has today been lodged with ASIC and the
ASX, will shortly be posted to Eligible Shareholders and will also be made
available on the Company's website together with a letter to Shareholders
("Shareholder Letter").

Pursuant to the terms of the SPP, the Company is offering Shareholders and
Depositary Interest Holders who were registered as holders of Shares at 7:00
p.m. (WST) on 16 August 2022 (11:00 a.m. GMT on 16 August 2022 for Depository
Interest Holders) and whose registered address is in Australia, New Zealand,
the United Kingdom, Singapore or Germany, the opportunity to subscribe for a
maximum of A$30,000 (£17,529) worth of new Shares at an issue price of
A$0.125 (£0.073) per Share, to raise up to, in aggregate, A$500,000
(£292,150) (before expenses). In addition, Eligible Shareholders who
participate in the SPP Offer will receive one free attaching Option for every
three new Shares subscribed for and issued under the SPP (please refer to
Section 6.2 of the Prospectus for the terms and conditions of such Options).

Further information on how Eligible Shareholders may apply for SPP shares is
set out in the Prospectus, the SPP Application Form and the Shareholder
Letter.
