Restricted Securities to be Released from Escrow

Future Metals NL ("Future Metals" or the "Company", ASX|AIM: FME) confirms
that, pursuant to Listing Rule 3.10A, the following securities will be
released from ASX escrow.

 Performance Rights                                                    22 June 2023  18,000,001

 

The Company will apply for quotation of the Fully Paid Ordinary Shares and
Listed Options when released from escrow, pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 2.8.5.
It is noted that the Fully Paid Ordinary Shares are already admitted to
trading on AIM and are included within the Company's current total voting
rights figure of 413,204,037.
