Restricted Securities to be Released from Escrow

Future Metals NL ("Future Metals" or the "Company", ASX|AIM: FME) confirms
that, pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, the following securities will be
released from voluntary escrow:

 

                             Release Date     Number of Securities
 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares  17 January 2024  3,500,000

 

The Company will apply for quotation of such Fully Paid Ordinary Shares when
released from escrow, pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 2.8.5. It is noted that the
Fully Paid Ordinary Shares are already admitted to trading on AIM and are
included within the Company's current total voting rights figure of
442,219,721.

This announcement is authorised for release by the Company Secretary of Future
