Japan Inc., it has reached an agreement with LSF regarding the
acquisition of 100 percent of issued ordinary shares of limited
company GI Holdings from LSF and making GI 
    * Limited company GI Holdings holds 100 percent of issued
shares
of INVOICE INC.
