PDMR & PCA Shareholding

 

FW Thorpe announces that it was notified that, on 20 January 2021 Mr Ian Thorpe, Non-Executive Director of the Company, transferred 793,232 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (representing approximately 0.7% of the voting rights in the Company) to Mr James Thorpe, Executive Director of the Company.

 

As a result of the above transaction, Mr Ian Thorpe, Non-Executive Director of the Company, holds a notifiable interest in 25,047,120 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 21.5% of the voting rights in the Company.  Mr James Thorpe, Executive Director of the Company, holds a notifiable interest in 2,164,682 Ordinary Shares approximately 1.9% of the voting rights in the Company.
