PDMR & PCA Shareholding

 

FW Thorpe announces that it was notified that, on 21 January 2021, Mr Peter Mason, Non-Executive Director, and his wife transferred 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to their children.

 

Following these transactions, Mr Peter Mason's interest in the Company, including his connected persons' interests, is 626,370 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.5% of the Company's issued Ordinary Shares.
