PDMR Shareholding

 

FW Thorpe announces that it was notified that, on 2 February 2021 Mr Andrew Thorpe, Non-Executive Director of the Company, transferred 1,870,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (representing approximately 1.6% of the voting rights in the Company) to his children.

 

As a result of the above transaction, Mr Andrew Thorpe, Non-Executive Director of the Company, holds a notifiable interest in 25,812,700 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 22.2% of the voting rights in the Company.
