Holdings in the Company
The Company received notification on 22 January 2016 that a trust, of which Mr Colin Brangwin, Non-Executive Director, acted as a trustee, transferred 1,700,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (representing approximately 1.5% of the voting rights in the Company) on 21 January 2016 to certain beneficiaries, being members of Mr Brangwin's family. 
As a result, Mr Colin Brangwin holds a notifiable interest in 7,731,550 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 6.7% of the voting rights in the Company.
