FW Thorpe announces that it was notified today that, on 19 April 2023, Antony
Cooper, Non-executive Director, transferred 5,833 shares into an ISA and sold
10 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a
price of 342.0 pence per Ordinary Share to cover costs.

 

Following this transaction, Antony Cooper's interest in the Company, including
his connected persons' interests, is 152,597 Ordinary Shares, representing
approximately 0.13% of the Company's issued Ordinary Shares.
