GABELLI MERGER PLUS+ TRUST PLC (the 'Company')

Results of Annual General Meeting 30 November 2022

 

The Company announces that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the
Company duly convened and held today, 30 November 2022, all Resolutions as set
out in the Notice of Meeting were duly passed on a poll.
