Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte said on Tuesday he was
proud of his government's freshly approved expansionary budget
while the European Commission warned it may run into opposition

The cable maker said on Tuesday that it had completed repair
works on the onshore section of its Western Link project adding

Shares in Prysmian, which had suffered badly in reaction to
the latest Western Link problems, closed up 8.2 percent.

Italy's top administrative court on Tuesday issued a binding
opinion that rejects an appeal by toll road operator Autostrade

The Italian steel group said on Tuesday it was pleased to
have been cleared of tax fraud charges by a court in Udine and
said it would appeal against a conviction for having improperly
