April 7 (Reuters) - PhotoMedex Inc  PHMD.O : 
 * Says return of the no!no! brand to Japan via synergy trading corporation 
 * Signing of distribution agreement by its unit with synergy trading 
   corporation for certain no!no! products in Japan 
 * Synergy will launch two new no!no! models during 2016 and has a right of 
   first refusal to market additional radiancy consumer products 
 * Says the agreement runs through December 31, 2016 and is renewable thereafter 
 * Says synergy placed an initial stocking order of $1.2 million for immediate 
   shipment
